Erling Haaland, a £51 million striker from Manchester City, was spotted on a lunch date with a mystery brunette in Marbella, Spain, on Sunday.

The sports star, 22, sported a casual figure and flaunted his muscular build in a white Supreme T-shirt as he stepped outside.

Erling was given a two-week rest during the World Cup because Norway failed to qualify.

Erling paired his T-shirt with pink cotton terry shorts and white Nike sneakers.

He wore his blond locks over his shoulders and looked tense in black sunglasses and a cap.

His female friend kept things casual in a light green form-fitting mini dress that showed off her incredible figure.

He was recently named the ‘best striker in the world’ by football manager Jürgen Klopp (55).

Last month it was reported that Erling’s obsession with sleep, nutrition and specialized training is key to his success on the sports field.

Erling is obsessed with good sleep and how it improves performance, describing it as “arguably the most important thing in life.” So he’s been working on perfecting routines.

He wears orange-tinted blue-light glasses in the hours before drifting away, as they block the high energy emitted by natural light and digital screens.

Sleep begins most nights between 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with electronic devices turned off long before then.

He is often unreachable, his phone on ‘do not disturb’ to avoid distractions.

His diet is balanced with carbohydrates – including his father’s lasagna – and a taste for fish.

“Some players are afraid of carbs after growing up in academies and having to complete goals,” said a source. “Let’s cut rice and pasta…but that’s your fuel to run.”

He reportedly does extra training sessions to perfect his soccer technique and relies on meditation to help him focus.

He has played football all his life as the son of professional football player Alfie Haaland.
