Pregnant Blake Lively looked radiant Thursday night as she paid a touching tribute to husband Ryan Reynolds at the 36th American Cinematheque Awards 2022 in Los Angeles.

Vivid, 35, glowed in a plunging spaghetti-strap dress alongside her dapper husband, 46, who was honored at the ceremony.

But before the pregnant Gossip Girl star took the stage, Reynolds declared on the red carpet that their children would not be child actors.

The fabric of her dark flowing dress was decorated with a leaf pattern and embellished with gold.

The Shallows star was decorated with thick jewelry of silver, turquoise and brown stones.

Lively’s long blonde hair was swept to the side in cascading waves with a slight curl.

“Putting a kid into a business like this,” Reynolds said People, ‘it’s generally not about the child. It’s usually about the parents.’

“When they’re older, they can do whatever they want,” he said. ‘I’m looking forward to that.’

The Deadpool star – who recently revealed that he hopes their fourth child will be a girl – went on to describe how he sees his role as a parent when it comes to guiding his children and their professional aspirations.

“It’s our job to spark as much interest in as many different things as possible right now.”

The couple already shares three daughters: seven-year-old James, six-year-old Inez and three-year-old Betty.

According to THRLively attributed many of these “stunning qualities” to Canada, her husband’s homeland.

“Giving back to the country that gave him his life is crucial to who he is as a person,” she said from the podium.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star went on to say that her husband’s home country of Canada was “essential” to keeping Reynolds “grounded” and “healthy,” in addition to keeping “him, him.”

“And now I’m his home and our girls are home,” she declared.

Perfection: The beautiful couple already has three daughters: James, seven, Inez, six, and three-year-old Betty. Ryan recently revealed that he hopes their fourth child will be a girl
