The annual telethon will see three hours of jam-packed programming, with celebrities and citizens alike coming together to raise money for a good cause.

The appeal to raise money for Children In Need began in 1980 and more than 40 years later the campaign continues in an effort to help underprivileged children and young people in the UK.
