A former San Antonio Spurs team therapist has settled with his ex-rising star Josh Primo and the organization after she filed a lawsuit just two weeks ago.

Hillary Cauthen sued the 19-year-old free agent and the NBA team, who she said “disregarded her repeated reports of indecent exposure.”

Cauthen claimed Primo exposed herself to her nine times during private sessions beginning in December 2021.

She also referenced other women in her lawsuit who allegedly accused the Toronto native of exposure.

Though the cases have since been resolved, with Cauthen’s attorney Tony Buzbee releasing a statement on Thursday saying the parties “agreed to resolve the matter,” via TMZ.

Lawyers working on behalf of the psychologist filed the lawsuit on November 3 in Bexar County, Texas, on her behalf.

The ex-Spurs guard was released on October 28 after allegations surrounding Primo’s alleged behavior became public.
