Wayne Rooney’s son Kai showed his skills in a kickabout with influencer Billy Wingrove at the Football Escapes camp in Dubai.
The 13-year-old, who plays for Manchester United’s academy, demonstrated his excellent technique.
One clip shows Kai receiving the ball and cutting it inside, knocking three opponents over before they score.

Kai also showcases his sharp passing and finishing as he pairs with Billy Wingrove, who oversees the F2Freestylers YouTube channel with Jeremy Lynch.
Kai joined the Red Devils Academy in December 2020, having previously spent time with Manchester City’s youth teams and Bethesda SC Washington during Wayne’s stint in the MLS.

Kai signed a sponsorship deal with Puma after impressing for United at academy level
Last season, Kai excelled for United’s Under-12s side, scoring 56 goals and providing 28 assists.
He hopes one day to follow in his famous father’s footsteps by playing for the Red Devils at the first team level. Wayne remains Manchester United’s all-time record scorer with 253 goals and is now the manager of DC United.
Kai’s youth-level performances for United last season led him to sign a sponsorship deal with Puma.
Another son of a United legend, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, also plays for the club’s academy.
