More recently, she found new success and popularity by appearing as a contestant in a popular competitive cooking series.
The well-known personality shared a precious throwback photo to Instagram on Saturday from her high school days in the ’80s — and it was none other than Rebecca Gibney.
In the photo, the fresh-faced teen has a glorious bouffant style haircut while gazing merrily into the camera.
Of course the woman in the picture is none other than Halifax fp star Rebecca Gibney
“Throwback to when I still had hair. Mom enrolled me in deportation school and I think this was one of my first headshots,” she wrote alongside the snap.
“I look back on so many of these photos and my previous ones. I was glorious without makeup, unadorned,’ she reflected.
In 2015, after turning 50, Rebecca said she had never felt so comfortable in her own skin since hitting the milestone birthday.

“I finally feel satisfied,” Rebecca said then. “I’ve come a lot more at peace with myself, that feeling can’t buy any amount of money.”
“I used to worry about what people thought would make me crippled because I was the ultimate people pleaser.
“I don’t think I care about anything now that I’m over 50.”
