Ulrika Jonsson launches scathing attack on Max George and his love life

Ulrika Jonsson has launched a scathing attack on Max George after he gave her the middle finger for criticizing his girlfriend Maisie Smith.

TV presenter Ulrika, 55, slammed former EastEnders actress Maisie, 21, after she sparked split rumors of The Wanted singer Max when she shared a video on social media of herself crying with the caption: ‘You didn’t deserve me’.

But it didn’t sit well with Swedish-British broadcaster and TV personality Ulrika Jonsson, 55, who gave her scathing take on the “nonsense” post, calling actress Maisie “complacent” and “very dramatic.”

Ulrika’s reaction prompted Max to take to his Instagram page and give Ulrika the middle finger, and she’s now hit back, knocking off his comeback and his reported cheating with ex Stacey Giggs.

After insisting she still stands behind her comments about Maisie, Ulrika wrote in The sun: ‘You really are the gift that keeps on giving. It was really sweet of you. You must know how much I love me, a middle finger.

“And this was your response to my very reasonable criticism of your friend Maisie Smith last week.”

Referring to Max’s alleged cheating of his ex Stacey, Ulrika lashed out, “So, it’s nice to know I was thinking of you, Max. Even if you already have a girlfriend.

“Oh, wait a minute. . . that’s your style, isn’t it? Being with one woman and thinking of another.’

In August, Stacey accused her ex Max of cheating on her with his Strictly co-star Maisie.

In a conversation with one of her friends, she shared her heartbreak about the situation and explained how she felt “betrayed” by the star.

The sun reported that Stacey said to a friend, “To see them dating in public so soon after I dumped him is like a dagger to the heart.

“Max cheated on me with Maisie. I asked him about her, but he denied that anything had happened.

“After everything I’ve done for him, I can’t believe he would be so rude and disrespectful. He is a lying dog. I feel betrayed.’

Ulrika criticized Maisie’s social media post after she posted a video of herself crying, which is said to have upset her friends and family.

“Marrying, grieving, personal trauma or grieving is something private, isn’t it – not something you milk?

“To do what Maisie did, which was to accompany her tears with a cryptic message and dramatic music that had everyone pulling their hair out of concern for her, full of fear – and then in a subsequent post to be pictured holding the face sucking off her boyfriend like nothing happened at all is insulting.’

And in response to Ulrika’s scathing words, Max came out in his girlfriend’s defense with a very direct Instagram post.

Max shared his 360,000 followers on his Stories and wrote ‘Just for you Ulrika’ next to a photo of him standing in an elevator with his middle finger at the camera.

Since their relationship went public this summer, Max and Maisie have been very open in their displays of affection for each other.

This made her post while on vacation showing her beauty all the more worrying for fans.

The star of Strictly Come Dancing has uploaded the short compilation video, supported by Omar Apollo’s song Evergreen (You Didn’t Deserve Me At All).

In the clip, Maisie let a single tear roll down her cheek, before wiping her eyes and hugging her dog for comfort.

The TikTok’s final moment showed a red-eyed Maisie looking away from the camera lens.

While the video has the on-screen caption, “You didn’t deserve me,” Maisie shows her uttering the words “all the way.”

She captioned the video: ‘Nothing but happiness these days.’

Her post sparked a deluge of comments from Maisie’s fans expressing her concern, writing, “Hope you’re doing better! You are amazing and so inspiring.’

They first sparked engagement rumors last week when she was spotted with a ring on her wedding finger on a romantic getaway.

And Maisie Smith and Max George continued to fuel speculation when he was spotted wearing the ring in another beloved video posted to Instagram on Monday.

The EastEnders actress, 21, and The Wanted star, 34, sat on an open-top bus as the soap star posed with her arm lovingly draped over his shoulder.

Maisie couldn’t wipe the smile from her face in the beloved clip, as she wore a form-fitting leopard print dress and a pair of large sunglasses.

On closer inspection, Maisie’s ring turned out to be more of a costume jewel than a diamond engagement ring.

Meanwhile, Max looked smart in a quarter-zip polo shirt and gray cream pants with chunky Converse platforms.

It comes after Maisie Smith first flashed a huge ring on her wedding finger, leaving fans wondering if they’re engaged now.

The actress shared some romantic snaps on Instagram on Thursday and made sure the ring was on display.

The couple looked each other in the eye in the series of shots during their romantic vacation in Cyprus.

Maisie looked fabulous in a form-fitting animal print dress, which clung to her lithe figure.

The EastEnders actress added a few extra inches to her frame with a pair of bold orange high heels.

While The Wanted star Max looked quintessentially handsome in a white shirt and cream pants paired with black trainers.

The lovebirds matched each other by shielding both their eyes behind sunglasses.
