Tommy Fury rips into KSI and insists the YouTube star ‘can’t fight’ amid talk of potential showdown

Tommy Fury has barged into KSI amid calls for the pair to clash next time, insisting the YouTube star “can’t fight.”

Fury, the younger brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson, is weighing all his future plans, despite facing Paul Bamba later this month in Dubai.

The 23-year-old has a number of options on the table, with bitter rival Jake Paul considering rescheduling their proposed grudge match for a third time after the former pulled out twice before.

But another potential opponent for him is KSI, who revived his fledgling boxing career in a double-header at the O2 Arena in August.

Now the online personality is making a run for Fury, saying after his recent few wins, “Tommy Fury – I want a piece of that. I’m warmed up and I’m ready, I’m excited. Nothing can harm me. I am different.’

However, Fury clearly doesn’t see much of a threat as KSI and jokes that his own mother can take him out in a round, even admitting that Paul is a better fighter.

‘Jake Paul is better than KSI,’ he said MMA fighting.

“I think my mother can knock out KSI in a round. He can’t fight.’

KSI recently returned to boxing in a successful double-header at the O2 Arena in August

The YouTube star then wasted no time calling out Fury, claiming that ‘no one can harm me’

But Fury doesn’t see much of a threat from KSI and jokes that his own mother can knock him out

Fury has taken eight consecutive wins in his professional career to date, most recently the better of Daniel Bocianski on the undercard of his brother’s knockout win over Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium in April.

The only criticism often directed at him was the level of opponents he dealt with in the beginning, with Bocianski only fighting once in the three years leading up to their match.

On his next outing, Fury claims he would be willing to make his biggest statement yet by fighting KSI and Paul on the same night.

He recently told SecondsOut, “I’ve always said I’d fight them both on the same night.

He even claims that bitter rival Jake Paul is the more talented of the two online personalities

“As KSI did recently with the two people, the rapper and whatever that was, I will do the same with Jake Paul and him on the same night.

“When they finally go in the ring with me, I can’t wait to show everyone that what I’ve been saying all along is true, it’s not a fight for me.

“If you’re going to ask me to fight a YouTuber, KSI, who plays FIFA on the internet for a living and Jake Paul who does what he does, sign up, no problem.

“He’s very lucky that those battles haven’t started yet. I don’t know what that other KSI is calling my name for because he’s even worse than Jake Paul so I don’t really know what’s going on.

“Two fools to shut up, so first let me get on with my real business against real fighting men and then I’ll gladly take them out of boxing.”
