Mariah Carey took to social media to declare that “it’s time” for “#MariahSZN” as Halloween drew to a close on Monday night.

The famed pop star, 52, captivated fans with a video of her transitioning from a witch costume to the iconic red bodysuit she wore on the cover of her 1994 Merry Christmas album.

In a whistling voice she sang “It’s time” before her rendition of All I Want For Christmas Is You started playing.

The mother of two was dressed in a black catsuit as she rode an exercise bike at the start of the visual.

Behind her was a computer-generated image of a dark gray wooded scene with silhouettes of bare trees.

Glowing carved pumpkins lay on the floor in the photo, and her long, flowing hair was jet black.

She wore a tall, wide-brimmed conical hat and heavy, dramatic make-up as she let out a dark, boisterous laugh.

The old hitmaker was overjoyed as she modeled her sleek white fur-trimmed outfit with a black belt around her waist.

She added black snow boots and small sparkly earrings while showing a beaming smile.

It has become customary for Carey to promote her mid-90s studio album during the last two months of the year.
