An Australian mother has unveiled the miracle cure that cleared ‘eight months of dirt’ from her oven in less than 10 minutes.
The mom used the “smallest amount” of Coles’ $9 The Pink Stuff pasta to transform her oven.
She shared her secret hack with the popular Facebook group Mothers who cleanthank other mothers for the ‘great’ tip.
An Australian mother swears by The Pink Stuff to clean her oven, before using the cleaner (left), the oven had been “dirty for eight months”. It took less than 10 minutes with gentle pressure to transform the oven (right)
“I paid $9 and used the smallest amount. It really took less than 10 minutes to clean my oven,” said the mother of the miracle paste.
‘First time using this product and I am super impressed. I’ve seen so many moms post how good it was and decided to try it myself.”
“I used an Aldi sponge and scouring pad, very little pressure and it came off so easily.”
“Thank you so much to every mom who has posted this product, your posts help so many others tackle these crappy cleaning tasks with ease.”
The mother used the cleaner all over her oven, ‘inside, outside and also glass top’, she used cold water and did not heat the oven.
She was pleasantly ‘surprised’ that the product ‘didn’t smell at all’.
Mothers shared their love for the cult product, come in to say where to get the best deal on the product.
The $9 cleaning product is a cult favorite among Australian moms, though some worry it could scratch glass surfaces
While it’s available on Coles, Ebay, Bunnings, The Reject Shop, and more, the best deal is apparently Chemist Warehouse, where it can go for just $4.
“I honestly don’t know how I lived without this pink magic paste for so long. Makes my walls like new again, I love it!’ said one mother.
“I love this product, I use it on almost everything,” said another mother.
“I like that it doesn’t leave a smell, other oven cleaners really stink, but this stuff works so well, I use the cream cleaner on my sink and the all-purpose cleaner works great,” wrote another.
“I’m a cleaner and I swear by all the pink stuff products that the bathroom spray is amazing,” said one expert.
Some feared it would scratch glass ovens or showers.
‘Does it scratch the glass? Someone I know used it on her shower screens and said it left some noticeable scratches,” said one mother.
‘I used it once. Never again. Small scratches on chrome and glass,’ another agrees.
The mother said it didn’t affect hers negatively, ‘the packaging says to use a sponge and light pressure on the glass, which I did, no scratches.’
