Sally Field’s home miraculously survived the devastating Los Angeles fires that engulfed her neighborhood.

The 78-year-old actress’ 2,806-square-foot home in Pacific Palisades is still standing, as seen in images from Tuesday, January 14.

Sally’s neighbor was unfortunately completely destroyed by the fires, with nothing left except the frame of the garage.

On Monday, the Los Angeles resident — an Altadena native — revealed she still didn’t know what was left of her home after the deadly Palisades fire that destroyed her neighborhood.

The Forrest Gump star bought her Pacific Palisades home in 2012 for a reported $2.3 million, but was forced to evacuate last week, like many other Los Angeles residents.

The Oscar winner said in an Instagram post on Monday that she still “hasn’t seen what’s left of my house,” but she thought it “maybe” survived thanks to heroic firefighters.

In her post, Field shared the view from her home as the fire burned its way through the Pacific Palisades area on Tuesday, January 7, fueled by dry brush and winds gusting up to 100 miles per hour.

“This is the progression of what I’ve seen over the past week from the moment I could see the start of the fire from my backyard,” she said on social media, starting with a photo of brown smoking rising over a lush, green hillside .

In another photo, the carousel shows orange and red flames making their way into more homes, including the 80 for Brady stars. “I got out with my dog ​​and the clothes I was wearing when the flames started coming over the ridge,” she wrote of the terrifying episode.
