Susan Lucci has revealed her hilarious reaction to Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ All My Children audition 30 years ago.

The beloved 78-year-old soap icon opened up about the audition while speaking with Andy Cohen onstage at the 92nd Street Y in New York for an event commemorating the 55th anniversary of All My Children’s premiere.

“I just have to say something about Mark and Kelly,” she said, before revealing how she responded to the audition, according to People.

Kelly has explained that she and Mark were so secretive “because we worked together and we didn’t want it to seem like we couldn’t work together somehow.”
