Tori and Dean married in 2006. And they share five children: Liam, 15; Stella, 14; Hattie, 10; Finn, nine; and Beau, five.
McDermott also shares son Jack, 23, with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.
Rumor has it that their marriage has been on the rocks for quite some time.
In June, insiders gave more insight into their supposedly turbulent relationship.
A source has told Us Weekly the latest update friends of the couple got was that they were “going through trial separation.”

This summer, friends of the actress were concerned because they hadn’t heard from her again, the source said.
Friends have tried to reach Tori but never hear back.
“She doesn’t do social things anymore. She seems to isolate herself. She has been so MIA that they are concerned that something is up – if she has money problems again or is depressed,” the source said.
The insider also claimed that Tori and her friends are no longer together as they once were.

It has also been claimed by another source that the couple has postponed a divorce due to their ‘roller coaster’ relationship.
The source claimed the couple feels “trapped” because they can’t get through the divorce.
“They know that a divorce will be expensive and it’s not something they want to go through right now. They both feel trapped,” the insider told the site.
“Having children makes it harder because they don’t want their children to be unhappy, but at the same time, Tori has been unhappy for a while. They are really still together for their children.’

Dean and Tori have been at the center of divorce rumors since last year, when a source close to Spelling told: e! News that she was reportedly preparing to file for her husband’s divorce.
The insider claimed there was no turning back for the couple, but the 90210 star wanted to make sure she was “financially” stable before filing the divorce papers.
“The marriage is over and has been for a long time,” said the source, adding that the couple “really don’t get along” and have “been sleeping in different rooms for months.”
Tori added fuel to the fire when she appeared on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, where she confirmed that the couple slept in separate beds.
