Donald Trump hit with bizarre $30,000 lawsuit from jailed pedophile accusing him of ‘racist’ comment

Donald Trump is facing yet another legal hurdle before entering the White House – after a jailed pedophile launched a bizarre lawsuit accusing the president-elect of making “triggering” racist comments.

Child porn pervert Anthony Sharp claimed he suffered emotional trauma after listening to Trump’s warning about immigrants “stealing black jobs” in an August 2024 speech.

Sharp, who is black, claims the “inflammatory, racist” comment was especially hurtful to the descendants of slaves.

The 58-year-old sex offender wants damages of up to $30,000, according to the wacky lawsuit, which he drafted in a prison cell in Soledad, California, where he is serving 25 years to life.

It was sent to the Palm Beach County courthouse in Trump’s home state of Florida, and the new president was handed the paperwork on December 2.

“What Trump said on national television was downright racist, as this particular defendant has a known history of making such comments,” wrote Sharp, who was convicted in 2016 of possessing child pornography.

“Immigrants are stealing black jobs, just making this statement is racist and defamatory to me and my family because what is a black job?

‘Let me tell you what a black job is. From a black point of view, a black job is seen as picking cotton – peanuts, etc. for their slave masters.”

Sharp appeared to disagree with Trump’s repeated references to “black jobs” under threat in campaign speeches and during last June’s presidential debate with Joe Biden.

“Millions and millions of people come from the border who happen to take black jobs,” Trump told a meeting of the National Association of Black Journalists.

“They’re taking jobs away from black people.”

His terminology drew backlash from prominent black figures, including superstar gymnast Simone Biles, who tweeted: “I love my black job.”

Michelle Obama told the Democratic National Convention: ‘Who’s going to tell? [Trump] that the job he is looking for now might be one of those black jobs?’

Sharp has a criminal record dating back to 1988, including charges of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14.

Classified as a “sexually violent predator” by the state of California, he was denied parole this year and will not be eligible again until September 2027.

His lengthy two-page complaint also attacked Trump during his much-criticized November 2022 dinner with white supremacist agitator Nick Fuentes.

The Trump campaign later distanced itself from Fuentes, insisting that Trump had no idea who the far-right commentator was when he visited Mar-a-Lago as a guest of Kanye West.

“That makes you racist and a liar,” Sharp declared.

He added, “I want to note that I have nothing against Mr. Trump, but if he starts talking racists or making harmful statements that hurt my family, that’s where I draw the line.”

Court records obtained by DailyMail.com indicate that Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office deputies visited Mar-a-Lago to file paperwork that was handed to a Trump associate.

It is not clear how the new president plans to respond and so far his legal team has not filed any response to the lawsuit, which was filed on October 28.

The development comes after Trump was unconditionally discharged on Friday on 34 felony counts of falsifying company records related to “hush money” payments to Stormy Daniels.

His lawyers had argued that a sentencing so close to the Jan. 20 inauguration would disrupt the transition process, but Judge Juan Merchan beat back their attempt for a stay.

Merchan had already indicated he would not send Trump to prison, and the Supreme Court decided by a 5-4 vote to allow the proceedings to proceed.

But Trump will still be the first convicted felon to be sworn in as US president.

Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday blocked special counsel Jack Smith from releasing a report detailing Trump’s alleged hoarding of classified documents and alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Both prosecutions were dropped after he defeated Kamala Harris in the November general election and Trump’s lawyers wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland to complain that making the material public now would be a “lawless political stunt.”
