While speaking to blogger Perez Hilton, the father of two recalled desperately trying to get help from the Los Angeles Fire Department as he watched his property go up in flames.

‘They never came. The gate was still locked,” he claimed. ‘They never came. I watched from my security cameras until our house burned down. There were no fire trucks.”

Spencer Pratt reveals plans to sue the state of California after his reportedly worth $3 million home tragically burned down during the Pacific Palisades wildfires

The couple’s home, reportedly worth $3 million, was razed after the raging fire took over the LA landscape on Tuesday night, causing extensive damage. Photos obtained by DailyMail.com on Wednesday showed the severity of the destruction.

The only parts of the house still standing were the charred entrance gate and the front portion of the house’s plastered perimeter wall. Large piles of debris were seen throughout the property, as well as burned foliage that once decorated the home’s front yard.

Not only was the couple’s home destroyed, but Pratt’s parents also lost their home to the fire.

His decision to file a lawsuit comes amid widespread backlash over Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass’s lack of preparation and quick response to the wildfires.

Meanwhile, President-elect Donald Trump has blamed California Governor Gavin Newsom for the deadly wildfires that have ravaged the state.

Earlier this week, Trump ripped into Newsom for being unprepared for the devastating wildfires that have sprung up across Los Angeles and caused immeasurable damage.

The wildfires, which number up to four separate blazes, have already scorched thousands of acres, burned dozens of structures and caused billions of dollars in damage.

The Palisades Fire, which started in Pacific Palisades, California, and is currently the fiercest of all fires, has already burned beachfront homes from Malibu to Santa Monica, and is only eight percent contained as of Friday evening.

Pratt and Montag, who rose to fame on The Hills, previously stated that they were in a state of disbelief and devastation when they opened up about the loss in a recent TikTok post.

In several TikToks, Montag became emotional about the fire as she dealt with the stunning loss.

As she sat on the couch with one of her children, Montag sobbed, “Too bad our house is gone,” she cried, later saying, “Everything you worked so hard for….”

Her child served as a comforting distraction as he occasionally touched her face and made her smile. “Thanks,” she ended the video with a giggle.

In another video, Montag assured everyone that she and her family were safe while confirming the loss of their home.

“While we ended up losing our home to the fire and thank God we’re safe, so thank you to everyone checking, thank you for all your prayers, thank you for your thoughts. It is so,” she said, emotion growing on her face. ‘No words.’

Pratt tried to cheer himself up on Wednesday with some bagels.

The reality alum, who was spotted watching the flames move toward his home on Tuesday, admitted he was in shock and admitted his video was quite “unhinged.”

“If your house burns down and you have nothing, and your parents’ house burns down and they have nothing. There’s only one thing that might make you feel better: a bag of bagels!’ he said cheerfully.

“Obviously I’m in shock and my brain isn’t functioning so I think this is the most unhinged post you’ve ever seen.”

Sources told TMZ that Pratt and Montag’s home was completely destroyed on Tuesday after it caught fire.

Fortunately, the couple and their two sons were able to evacuate safely earlier in the day before the flames got too close.

However, they are distraught at the staggering loss.

More than 30,000 residents evacuated their homes as a massive wildfire swept through the famed Pacific Palisades enclave, burning nearly 3,000 acres and reducing dozens of homes to rubble.
