Maya Jama showed off her sensational figure as she took to Instagram on Thursday with recent workout snaps.
The Love Island presenter, 30, is already in South Africa ahead of the start of the upcoming All Stars series on Monday.
Posing in the mirror, Maya put on a very busty show in a low-cut white sports bra and dark gray leggings.
Showing off her toned abs, she joked: “Doing one workout” as she flexed her muscles in the mirror.
And she took full advantage of the sunny weather and went cycling, joking that she was ‘back to my healthy cycling girl’.
The star then shared a video on her bike as she cycled and beamed with the beautiful scenery in the background.

Ahead of the start of the new series, Maya recently admitted she can’t resist a flirt with ‘fit’ castaways as she revealed the one major difference between Love Island and Love Island: male All Stars contestants.
The 72 cameras in the villa have often captured the contestants’ jaws dropping as they react to her infamous slow motion walks around the house.
But Maya, who is rumored to be dating footballer Ruben Dias, says the feeling goes both ways.
‘I notice it, but my mouth is open for them too!’ Maya laughs. “I say, ‘you look good’, they just cut those bits out.”
She added: “The compliments are answered honestly. I actually say it to them, but it’s not part of (the show). The All Stars actually flirt with me less because I’ve seen them before. But I do chuckle.”
Olivia Hawkins, Kaz Crossley, Luca Bish and Scott Thomas are among the returning islanders hoping for better luck the second time around.
However, fans are more interested in Maya’s love life after she was spotted dining in Ibiza on New Year’s Eve with Portuguese footballer Ruben, 27, following her split from British rapper Stormzy, 31.
Ruben further fueled the speculation when he shared an Instagram post with a slew of photos from his New Year’s celebrations.

The compilation included a photo of two people staring at a sunset with their backs to the camera and their faces hidden, which fans became convinced was Maya.
However, the Masked Singer star has shown an eagerness to keep the relationship private, earlier this week attacking a troll for commenting on her love life.
And as she prepares to launch a new series of Love Island: All Stars, Maya reiterated her desire to keep the focus on the Islanders’ romantic entanglements, rather than her own.
Speaking at the lavish villa in South Africa, she said: ‘Even before Love Island people were interested in my love life so I’m used to it.’
The brunette beauty insisted: ‘This time it’s not about my love life, it’s about theirs – let’s focus on the islanders.’
However, Maya was willing to use some of her dating expertise to help this year’s cast and revealed her top tips for making the first move on falling in love.
She advised: ‘Don’t be shy about attacking people or putting your feelings out there because you never know what’s going to happen and someone else could come in and steal your partner – so just go for it and don’t hold back. . Don’t play long games and take action.’
