Skip Bayless breaks cover amid bombshell Fox lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment
Skip Bayless broke cover in the wake of the bombshell lawsuit against the former Fox host, his former on-air partner Joy Taylor, Fox and network executive Charlie Dixon.
The former Undisputed host, 73, is at the center of a 42-page lawsuit that claims he used his position to “sexually harass women” and “inappropriately touched” a hairstylist who worked on his show.
Noushin Faraji, who worked at the network from 2012 to 2023, including on Bayless’ show, alleged that the host offered her $1.5 million to have sex with her and gave her “prolonged hugs and kisses” several times datum.
A spokesperson for Fox Sports told DailyMail.com: ‘We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this ongoing legal case.’
Bayless, who has yet to comment on the shocking allegations, resurfaced on Monday afternoon, almost 24 hours after the lawsuit was brought to light by Front Office Sports.
The former Fox talent aired his usual self-titled show on YouTube, but did not acknowledge the lawsuit or its contents.

The lawsuit was filed by Noushin Faraji, who said he worked at Fox from 2012 to 2023.
Rather than address the allegations, Bayless opted to stick to his usual sports-related content, discussing the aftermath of the final weekend of the NFL regular season.
It was “business as usual” for Bayless as he railed about the future of his beloved Dallas Cowboys, the possibility of Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders being taken with the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s Draft, and Baltimore Ravens signal caller Lamar Jackson’s claim for the MVP award.
Although Bayless didn’t say a word about the lawsuit, many social media users called him out on his silence in the comments, claiming the sports analyst was “trying to act like nothing was happening.”
Bayless, who has been married to Ernestine Sclafani since 2016, left Fox in August 2024 after eight years with the network.
The suit accuses him of making advances on Faraji after she started working on his popular morning show Undisputed, which he co-hosted with Shannon Sharpe.
In the suit, she claims he gave her “prolonged hugs and kisses on the cheek, while resting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”
In response, she claims she told him she wasn’t interested and “wasn’t dating at work,” and even told him she was suffering from ovarian cancer in an attempt to stop his advances.
According to the lawsuit, Bayless “became more aggressive over the years” and later accused Faraji of having sex with his co-host Sharpe.

He allegedly offered the hairdresser $1.5 million to have sex with him, claiming he could “change her life.”
The complaint reads: “About a week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance on Ms. Faraji. Mrs Faraji replied: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr Bayless replied: “Are you not a Muslim? Doesn’t your father have three to four wives?”
‘Madam. Faraji replied that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked puzzled, she made an excuse to leave.”
Faraji claims she filed multiple complaints with Fox Sports’ Human Resources department, and was “forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent could physically and verbally abuse employees with impunity.”
Allegations were also made against Fox Sports Executive Vice President of Content Dixon, with Faraji claiming he “grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood.”
Another Fox host Joy Taylor (pictured) is named in the lawsuit, amid claims she told the hairstylist to “get over it” when informed of director Charlie Dixon’s sexual advances
According to Faraji’s lawsuit, Taylor used sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho (left) and network executive Charlie Dixon (right) to further her career
Meanwhile, Taylor, a former moderator of ‘Undisputed’ and FS1 host, is also embroiled in the case, with the accuser claiming she passed the story of Dixon’s advances to her, only to be met with the response: ‘Get over it .’
In her bombshell lawsuit, Faraji also accused Taylor of using sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho and Dixon to further her career.
The 37-year-old broadcaster was also accused of scheming to protect her job at the network by fabricating a sexual misconduct allegation against Dixon, a Fox Sports executive vice president in charge of talent.
DailyMail.com has contacted the Taylor Foundation, Acho and Fox representatives for comment. Bayless’ attorney was not immediately available for comment.
