GOP head Ronna McDaniel didn’t apologize for mocking Democratic candidate John Fetterman for being unable to ‘get a full sentence out’ – claiming he and Joe Biden are hiding their ‘problems’

Ronna McDaniel redoubled her criticism of John Fetterman’s speaking skills, claiming she wasn’t kidding the effects of his stroke, but pointed out the deception of his office suitability.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman brought President Joe Biden and the Pennsylvania Democratic Senate nominee together during an interview with Fox News Sunday because she claims they have similar campaign tactics.

“Well, I definitely want Joe Fetterman – John Fetterman to get well and I would never joke about someone having a stroke,” McDaniel said Sunday morning.

“But I will say, they should come before the press and they don’t and they hide,” she continued.

RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel said she wasn’t kidding about John Fetterman’s speech abilities when she claimed that if he, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are together “maybe they could face a full sentence.”

Many critics have argued that Fetterman is trying to hide that he has not fully recovered from his stroke in May and have raised questions about his suitability for the office.

McDaniel said before a rally in Pennsylvania Friday last week that if Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Fetterman are together, “maybe they could face a full sentence.”

The head of the RNC agreed with radio host Hugh Hewitt, suggesting that the president and vice president campaigning for a candidate at this time is a sign that a candidate is drowning.

She also said Fetterman “dragged the short straw,” suggesting that all Democratic candidates gathered to ask themselves who should host President Biden for their campaign events.

“So Biden said, ‘Between the two of us, maybe we can finish a full sentence,'” she added during her interview with Hewitt last week.

McDaniel has been criticized for her comments about the speaking skills of Biden, who grew up with a stutter, and Fetterman, who struggles with understanding speech after his stroke in the spring.

But she insists her comments weren’t focused on their problems, but on the fact that Fetterman is trying to hide his from voters because it could affect his eligibility.

“Joe – John Fetterman is following in Joe Biden’s footsteps,” McDaniel told Fox News’ Shannon Bream.

“I know I’m getting the names mixed up,” she continued before listing their similarities in campaigns. “But they’re in the basement. They don’t come before the voters and they aren’t honest about their problems and – about their problems.’

She accused Fetterman of “lying” about wanting to outlaw fracking and put “a third of the criminals back on the street.”

“And so they have to come before the media and answer these tough questions, instead of hiding,” she said. “So I hope they do.”
