Andrew Garfield and Laura Dern share a laugh during meet up for a low-key dinner in Santa Monica

Andrew Garfield and Laura Dern met on Friday night for a quiet dinner in Santa Monica.

Garfield, 39, looked relaxed in a dark blue T-shirt he wore under a matching button-down shirt.

He added beige pants to the ensemble. A thick beard covered his strong jawline and his long hair seemed to blow backwards, out of his face.

Dern, 55, wore a fuzzy white sweater and pressed black pants. She added a matching leather handbag.

Her golden locks were whisked away to the left and fell in soft curls to the top of her back.

The pair seemed to be laughing after their dinner, with Dern bent over and clinging to Garfield’s powerful arm.

Garfield and Dern have been friends for nearly a decade after their first appearance together in the movie 99 Homes.

The film follows “a recently unemployed single father (Garfield) who struggles to get his foreclosed home back by working for the real estate agent (Michael Shannon), who is the source of his frustration,” according to the film. IMDb page.
