Ryan Seacrest becomes the new owner of a luxurious mansion in Bel-Air.

The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Seacrest, 50, was under contract to buy an 11,000-square-foot home in the upscale LA neighborhood for $36 million.

Now new aerial footage captures the stunning seven-bedroom mansion the Wheel of Fortune presenter is about to call home.

The beautiful house, designed to resemble the Mediterranean Sea, features a courtyard full of arches and olive trees and leads to a swimming pool in the backyard.

The entrance to the house is decorated with lush greenery, with a large driveway accessed from the street.

Previous residents include Diane Keaton, who owned the home about 20 years ago, according to WSJ.

In addition to his latest home purchase, Seacrest remains busy as usual with an upcoming recurring role as host of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on top of his Wheel of Fortune gig.

Fashion mogul Serge Azria, who bought the house in 2020 for $16.455 million, put the house on the market in June for $48 million after a nearly three-year renovation.

Azria rebuilt the house in a minimalist style and the house was designed to give the feeling that it was set in the South of France or Italy.

From the red tiled roof to the romantic courtyard and resort-style pool, it looks like he has achieved his vision.

The house also features a pool house with its own fireplace.

The property has plenty of space for parking, with Azria building a 1,000-square-foot garage that can accommodate five or six vehicles, according to WSJ.

The property is also accessed via two gates, including a second service gate that can accommodate a further 10 cars.

It comes two years after Ryan sold his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for $51 million, a home he bought from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million.

In addition to his latest home purchase, Ryan has his hands full as he prepares for the end of 2024.

The TV host will again present Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

Marking his 20th year as host, Seacrest returns with co-host Rita Ora to lead the festivities from New York’s Times Square.

Not only that, but Seacrest recently became the new host of Wheel of Fortune, replacing longtime host Pat Sajak.

Sajak hosted Wheel of Fortune for 43 years, from 1981 to 2024, although he still hosts Celebrity Wheel of Fortune occasionally.

The season 42 premiere week of Wheel of Fortune averaged 8.31 million viewers per episode, the highest premiere week ratings in five years.
