Elle Fanning and Max Minghella get dolled up in Halloween costumes inspired by Bride of Chucky

Elle Fanning and her boyfriend, Max Minghella, got into the Halloween spirit as one of cinema’s scariest couples: Chucky and his bride.

The two actors pulled out all the stops to dress as the deadly dolls.

Elle, 24, wore a blonde wig with dark roots, just like her on-screen doppelganger.

She also stayed in the (evil) spirit of the holiday with a white dress, black bolero jacket, a black choker necklace and of course a bloodied knife.

Max, 37, wore overalls and a striped shirt just like the murderous toy, but instead of sitting in a makeup chair for hours, the star of The Handmaid’s Tale opted for a mask to portray Chucky’s torn and stitched-up face.

The big star shared a series of snaps from their scare party on social media, simply writing: “Would you like to play?”

The couple first met on the set of 2018’s Teen Spirit.

Max was the writer and director of the film in which Elle was cast as Violet, a small-town girl who wants to fulfill her dream of singing.

The handsome couple debuted on the red carpet at the 2019 Met Gala, but are trying to keep their relationship out of the public eye.
