When the phone was passed to Daniel, the victim’s father identified Brittany as a “fucking monster” and suggested he leave her, but Daniel stayed by her side.

Brittany was caught by her victim’s parents who decided to install an app on his phone called Sentry Parental Control, which monitors messaging apps for “suspicious content or behavior,” after they noticed him acting strangely.

The Sentry app sends parents alerts when it detects suspicious images or messages or if a child is exposed to inappropriate online content through its web monitoring feature.

When the teen’s parents received warnings about inappropriate text messages, they confronted their son and he admitted to having sex with his teacher.

According to prosecutors, the two once even touched each other sexually while other students in the class were watching a classroom video.

In an X-rated back and forth, Brittany told the boy she wanted to have sex with him “every day with no time limits.”

“Wid?” she struck up a conversation with him, using the slang abbreviation for “what are you doing?”

He replied, “Thinking about your sexy self,” and added two pink heart emojis.

“Aww baby (love heart eyes emoji) I wish you were with me,” she replied.

The boy replied, “I want you. (sic)..when can we fuck again?’, this time adding two red heart emojis to his message.

Brittany replied, “I want you too, baby, so bad!” Whenever we can, you know I’m down,” with a red heart emoji.

She continued, “Just like you, you’re getting sexier to me every day lol.”

“I want to fuck you so bad, baby, those times weren’t enough,” the boy answered her. She replied, “Me neither, honey! I want you every day, with no time limits.”

In another message, she told him she was quitting her job so they could be together.

They also exchanged explicit photos, including images of Brittany naked in lingerie. According to police, the boy also gave her love notes on brightly colored post-its that read, among other things, “you are sexy.”

Twice she drove to his grandparents’ house to have sex with him in her car while her husband was fishing.

According to records, she and the boy performed oral sex on each other before her husband called to tell her he would be home soon.

What’s more, in many of their illegal interactions, an 11-year-old friend of the victim acted as a “lookout” to ensure no one saw the former teacher and student together.

The child told authorities that Brittany even threatened him and the victim that if they ever told anyone what was going on they would be “in big trouble,” the new clip showed.

It was previously reported that three students at the school also complained to administrators that Brittany was favoring the 13-year-old.

Some students even went so far as to say she was “dating” or “in a relationship” with the teen.

“Everyone talks about having an inappropriate relationship outside of class and during recess,” one of the students said, according to notes taken by principal Tom Dickey in an interview.

“I’ve heard other kids in my class say they think they’re dating,” another note read.

At the time, the school district’s interim superintendent, Richard Rundhaug, said they investigated the allegations but found no evidence of a romantic relationship.

Despite Daniel’s support over the phone, the marriage later collapsed.

Brittany filed for divorce from Daniel on April 28, 2020 — nearly a year after she pleaded guilty and was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor, public sexual indecency and molesting a child.

In the court documents, Brittany checked a box that read: “Our marriage is irretrievably broken (“irretrievably broken”) and there is no hope of reconciliation.”
