Ben Shephard, 50, shows off his impressively chiselled abs as he strips off to brave the cold for Christmas Day dip in Cornwall
Ben Shephard showed off his incredibly ripped physique as he stripped off to take an icy dip on Christmas Day in Cornwall.
The This Morning presenter, 50, joined hundreds of other brave divers who jumped into the icy water for a refreshing dip in Port Isaac.
And donning his navy blue swimming trunks, the presenter showed off his toned six-pack and chiseled chest.
Ben looked cheerful despite the icy water as he gave a double thumbs up and then warmed up with a celebratory shot.
His toned look comes after he showed off how he stays in such good shape by sharing a video of him working out with his son.
He shares sons Sam, 19, and Jack, 15, with wife Annie Perks and normally keeps his family life out of the public eye.

But last week, Ben posted a new video of him and his eldest spending time together at the gym.
In the clip he explained: ‘So Sam, my eldest, as part of my Fit@50 challenge, challenged me to do what…?’
Sam replied, “50 pullups!” as Ben continued, “50 pullups! So since I’m desperately trying to get there, today we’re going to try to complete the challenge.
“We’re having a big Chinese sitdown coming up, so we’ll see if we can free up some space!”
The Tipping Point host was thrilled that he reached the goal and happily told his followers about it in the caption of his post.
He wrote: ‘We finally did it!! The toughest #fit@50 challenge was set by @samshephardd 50 #pullups. It took a few sets and a lot of grunting, huffing and puffing, but we finally got there!
‘All to make room for @itsbigjohn1, we’re going to have a Chinese meal later tonight. Countdown.’
It comes after Ben and his This Morning co-host Cat Deeley’s jobs on the ITV show were secured after the show’s editor Martin Frizell announced he would be stepping down.

Martin, 65, will leave his position next spring and his replacement has yet to be announced.
With a new boss at the helm, speculation grew over whether the show would undergo a huge shake-up after Cat, 48, and Ben took over after a turbulent year.
But the duo, who were announced as the new hosts of This Morning in February after more than a year of scandal, will continue to run the daytime programme.
ITV insiders say the pair have the ‘full support’ of television director Kevin Lygo, who is said to ‘adore’ Cat.
A source told MailOnline last month: ‘Kevin was very supportive of hiring Cat, together with Martin they pulled out all the stops to get her and there were a lot of obstacles.
‘She is loved by ITV and they don’t want her to go anywhere. As for Ben, he is loved by ITV viewers. Martin had known he was going for a while, even when he hired Cat and Ben.
‘Everyone at ITV is happy with the way things have calmed down since they took over, they have steadied the ship and the show is no longer making headlines for the wrong reasons.’
The duo were in talks for months as a host of presenters including Craig Doyle, Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson temporarily took over hosting duties following the departures of Holly Willoughby, 43, and Phillip Schofield, 62.

Phillip resigned in disgrace in May 2023 after more than two decades on the show after lying about an affair with a younger colleague.
ITV bosses were forced to deny they ‘turned a blind eye’ to the case before it emerged publicly, leading to a huge public row between Phillip and his former girlfriend Holly Willoughby – who herself resigned five months later after she had been informed by the police of a gruesome plan to kill her.
Cat left her job across the Atlantic on So You Think You Can Dance where she was reportedly paid £43,000 per episode, instead opting for the role on This Morning with a reported annual salary of £550,000.
Although hefty, the salary still paled in comparison to former presenters Holly and Phil, who reportedly received £700,000 a year for their roles.
