Floyd Mayweather adds another prized property in New York City to his real estate empire

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather’s real estate buying run continued Tuesday, putting pen to paper to purchase a Midtown Manhattan building along Sixth Avenue that stretches nearly a quarter block.

The building at the southeast corner of the 47th Street intersection contains offices, a few jewelry stores and a large billboard.

Mayweather became interested in the property, for which he is paying $20 million, because of his past spending in high-end stores along the street. TMZ.

The property is located in an attractive part of New York City, a few minutes east of Broadway and three blocks south of Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center.

“As a young adult, I used to shop at the diamond exchange,” Mayweather told the outlet. “I never thought I would own this important building at the entrance to 47th Street.”

‘Through hard work and dedication, anything is possible.’

Mayweather’s net worth is valued at $1.5 billionwith his real estate investments not only giving him a path to making more money, but also keeping his personal brand at the forefront.
