Russell Wilson and Ciara treat Steelers team to astonishing Christmas gifts before Chiefs showdown
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson spent the money on some extraordinary Christmas gifts to his teammates to celebrate the holidays.
The Steelers play Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day and if they needed extra motivation to dig deep for what would be a huge win, Wilson provided it on Christmas Eve.
Wilson presented his offensive linemen with a $10,000 AirBnb voucher to anywhere in the world and a Louis Vuitton duffel bag in Steelers colors.
He also gave the entire team a pair of luxurious Good Man Brand shoes, while his beautiful wife Ciara also contributed.
She gave the team a bottle of rum called TenToOne before the big game. The singer often attends Steelers games to cheer on her husband and regularly appears in team merchandise during the season.
The Steelers tweeted a video of the gifts Tuesday night, with the caption: “From: Russ Wilson to: the offensive line.”

The 36-year-old Wilson is enjoying something of a renaissance in Pittsburgh this season, at a time when most people thought his best days were behind him.
After leaving the Seattle Seahawks, Wilson began the 2024 campaign as the No. 2 Steelers quarterback while battling a calf problem.
But he reclaimed the No. 1 role once he was fully healthy, replacing Justin Fields even though he had made a promising start to the season.
The Steelers are 10-5 and locked in a battle with the Baltimore Ravens – on the same record – to win the AFC North ahead of the playoffs in January. The Ravens play the Houston Texans on Wednesday after Chiefs vs Steelers.
Quarterbacks in the NFL have purchased some extravagant gifts for their linemen ahead of Christmas.
Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow bought samurai swords from his teammates — and revealed they actually asked for guns — while Patrick Mahomes bought a watch, Lucchese boots, Yeti coolers and compression boots.
Former New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones even bought a gift for his old teammates even though he was cut by the franchise earlier this year.
Jones sent his former linemen a bottle of luxury tequila for their efforts during their time together.
