Entitled rant of Florida woman, 21, as she’s arrested in bikini for catfighting on Clearwater beach
A Florida 21-year-old’s belligerent outburst left her in handcuffs after she allegedly shoved a grandmother who she claimed was staring at her.
Newly unearthed police body camera footage documented an intoxicated woman named Ashley throwing a mindless tantrum from the moment she was arrested on Clearwater Beach until she was taken to the Pinellas County Jail.
The chaos started when Ashley claimed she was punched in the face by a woman sitting next to her on the beach, but she was unable to provide any explanation as to why.
“This is fucking damned. She punched me in the fucking face and I’m pressing charges against her,” Ashley explained to a police officer who told her to calm down several times.
She added, “She came to me and had a problem, and then I stood up… I’m the least confrontational person.”
Ashley claimed she didn’t hit the woman back.
Details later emerged that Ashley began swearing and shouting at the family sitting next to her on the beach because she thought they were watching her.
In reality, the group was just trying to keep an eye on their children in the water.
Ashley, who was 21 at the time, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge after pushing a woman onto the beach while she was drunk

At first the situation seemed relatively calm, but Ashley became increasingly agitated, prompting police to handcuff her.
“She doesn’t like cops,” Ashley’s sister told police during the encounter, which took place in 2022 but has just come to light.
The allegedly drunk woman was taken into a police car in her bikini and without shoes as she continued to shout at police.
Meanwhile, police interviewed the grandmother on the other side of the altercation, who did not file charges against Ashley.
“I don’t like this kind of drama, I’m just protecting my grandchildren,” the victim said.
Police calmly told Ashley’s sister and stepbrother that they would be able to bail her out of jail within a few hours.
Although the woman did not press charges, police say from body camera footage that they arrested her on charges of misdemeanor and disorderly intoxication because of her behavior.
But the situation only continued to escalate based on the footage of Ashley in the police car.
Ashley accused one of the officers of “assaulting” her and said she wanted to take him to court
While explaining the incident to the police, she claimed that the grandmother had caused the incident
As she was behaving loudly, the police officer said he was going to call her parents, which scared the emotionally distressed woman.
“My parents are dead!” she screamed several times while sobbing.
“I performed CPR on my parents, don’t even try… Perform CPR on your damn dead mother and tell me how you feel afterward!”
“The bitch hit me in the face,” she repeated during her tangent.
“Take me to jail, I’m tired of sitting on her, these handcuffs hurt!”
As the police officer continued to try to keep her relaxed, his efforts only seemed to upset her even more.
She shouted at the police officer, “I hope you get harassed and shot in the face.”
‘Molested?’ he replied. ‘Are you hoping I’ll be bothered? That’s wrong.’
She was placed in handcuffs after continuing to have fun on the beach
Ashley told a police officer that she would smile in her mugshot
“I think deep down you really care about me,” the police officer joked with Ashley as she continued to panic.
There was a sudden shift in Ashley’s mood as she went from angry to sad and anxious.
“My life is over,” Ashley said through tears.
“It’s not over yet,” the police officer reassured her.
After a moment of regret, Ashley seemingly turned her attention to the other officer who arrested her on the beach.
‘Hello, hello. I hope he loses his job. I got punched in the face and I’m being taken to jail. Hello,” she said before blowing kisses into the camera and sticking out her tongue.
‘I hope he goes to jail because I’m taking you to court. Yes, that’s me. Take me to jail, you think I care if I go to jail? My whole family went to prison. Do you think I care?’
The woman who pushed them said she was protecting her grandchildren and didn’t want any drama
She began violently kicking the car door and screen, keeping her away from the officer driving the car, who she called “entitled.”
‘Do you think I have anything to live for? Not me,” she shouted between kicks.
In the middle of a tantrum, the police officer opened the door and took her out of the car as she started crying again.
The officer she accused of “assaulting” her showed up and she became angry again.
‘Don’t touch me!’ she said during her attack.
On the way to another police vehicle, she allegedly kicked one of the officers while trying to resist loudly and aggressively.
She later revisited her earlier concerns about the negative impact her arrest had on her life: “I went to vet school, that was all done for me.”
According to body camera footage, the woman was taken to jail after her outburst
The police officer was heard coaching her on how to behave in front of the judge before Ashley joked: “I’m smiling in my mugshot.”
In the last clip of the 30 minutes of footage posted by Police pay attention on YouTube, Ashley boarded the last vehicle that would take her to the provincial jail – the officers wished her the best of luck.
It’s unclear what happened after Ashley arrived at the jail. DailyMail.com has contacted the Pinellas County Jail and the Clearwater Police Department.
