How an Aussie podcast predicted the downfall of Justin Baldoni months ago as Blake Lively sues her co-star for sexual harassment

A popular Australian podcast predicted Justin Baldoni’s demise four months before Blake Lively filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.

Shameless podcast hosts Zara McDonald and Michelle Andrews discussed the duo’s blockbuster It Ends With Us in August, explaining the signs of conflict on set and how cast members and the book’s author Colleen Hover seemed to distance themselves of the actor.

The presenters explained how the multiple date changes for the film’s release indicated that there were problems behind the scenes.

They also noted that none of the cast would pose for photos with Baldoni at the New York premiere, indicating a conflict.

“We have the entire cast and (the) author of the material refusing to be associated with him,” they said.

It comes in the middle Lively‘s damning lawsuit against the actor, with whom she starred in the summer blockbuster It ends with us.

The lawsuit includes shocking allegations that Baldoni showed Lively explicit videos and images of other women, discussed his alleged porn addiction and made inappropriate comments about her weight, among other disturbing comments directed at the cast and crew.

In a particularly egregious detail, Lively’s legal team claims that Baldoni introduced “improvised gratuitous sexual content and/or scenes involving nudity” into the film.

Newly revealed details in the lawsuit allege even more egregious behavior, with court documents obtained by People alleging Baldoni engaged in “improvised physical intimacy” during a scene with no prior discussion or choreography.

One incident reportedly involved Baldoni “discreetly biting and sucking Ms. Lively’s lower lip” during multiple takes, during which he reportedly insisted on reshooting the scene repeatedly despite Lively’s obvious discomfort.

The lawsuit alleges that Baldoni asked sexual questions, including asking Lively if she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, had experienced simultaneous climaxes — a question she found intrusive and refused to answer.

Baldoni’s legal team has since denied the allegations, claiming the lawsuit was an attempt to save her reputation, which suffered from the press for their film.

The film adaptation of It Ends With Us tells the story of Lily Bloom (Lively), a woman who faces the trauma of domestic violence inflicted by her husband, Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni).

The film is based on Colleen Hoover’s book of the same name, inspired by her mother’s experience with domestic violence during her marriage to the author’s father.

In addition to Blake and Justin keeping their distance from each other, there were also rumors that they had creative differences on set.

He was also unfollowed by the actress on social media, as well as other cast members and Hoover.
