Revealed: The party planner who helped Travis Kelce stun Taylor Swift with Eras Tour birthday bash
Travis Kelce got a little help from a friend in organizing the huge Eras Tour birthday party for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
The singer wowed the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl winner last Friday night when he hosted a glitzy party with her friends for her 35th birthday – she apparently thought they were going out to dinner.
Since then, social media has been flooded with photos from the evening – with Kelce even appearing to give a speech to his girlfriend – and it has now emerged that he enlisted a party planner to help him ensure it was the best night possible.
The revelation came from one of Kelce’s best friends, Harry Clark, when he shared a photo from the night that showed Kelce and a mysterious blonde.
‘Madam. Make it happen Amanda Carlo,” Clark wrote with a sunglasses emoji, tagging Clark himself on Instagram.
“Thank you for organizing a great event,” he added.

Carlo’s Instagram account is private, but according to her bio, she is the founder of Gold Griff Athlete Agency. Their website lists several Chiefs players on the talent list, but not Kelce.
Before founding Gold Griff, Carlo worked for the Chiefs as Community Outreach and Alumni Relations Manager.
In an interview with the Kansas City Star in January, Carlo said of her workday, “It’s like the inside of a cyclone. I’m constantly pounding the streets for the people I represent, whether it’s marketing opportunities, speaking engagements, book signings or events.
“I want to shine a light on the incredible people they are, and that involves supporting charities they are associated with and organizing events they are associated with.”
Swift’s close friend Ashley Avignone revealed that the singer had no idea about the party.
In her Instagram post about the night, she said: “Thinking she was going to a small, quiet dinner, but it was actually a huge surprise party with her friends and family, props included.”
Brittany Mahomes – the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick – was the first guest to post a selection of photos from the night out.
He showed off photos of guests wearing homemade friendship bracelets — like Swift’s fans at her performances — and dressing in costumes to mark Taylor’s other album, “Eras,” as the singer did on stage.

And on Friday, PageSix quoted a source close to Kelce as saying of the party, “Travis had been planning this for a while and it was something he knew he wanted to do.
‘She deserved a big celebration after all the hard work she put in (with the Eras Tour).
“He’s so proud of her and grateful that he was able to pull it off without any problems.”
Kelce returns to action on the football field on Saturday when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium.
Swift is expected to attend. She has only been to home games so far this season, but that could change on Christmas Day, with Kelce and the Chiefs in Pittsburgh to play the Steelers.
Then the Chiefs wrap up the regular season on Jan. 5 in Denver against the Broncos before the playoffs begin and the road to the Super Bowl begins in earnest.
