90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik undergoes major mommy makeover that includes tummy tuck, liposuction, and a fat transfer to her breasts

90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik revealed on Tuesday that she had a “natural” mommy makeover.

The reality TV star, 35 – who shares three children with husband Alexei Brovarnik – said the makeover included a tummy tuck, liposuction and a fat transfer to her breasts.

Loren shared a photo with her surgeon, Dr. Dev Vibhakar, prior to the procedure, and the next day, she updated fans about her recovery through her Stories, with a number of photos and videos of her in connection.

‘The day has finally come that I get a natural mommy makeover. This is something I’ve wanted for a long time and done a lot of research on, but it’s a little different,” she wrote in her first post.

‘I was referred by a childhood friend because he specializes in doing it naturally. I have abdominal diastasis, which is uncomfortable for me. That’s why I opted for a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together.’

‘We know I’ve been very open about improving my breasts, so I’m doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my breasts. It is the best way to do it in a more natural way. Like everything else, I’m extremely excited to share this journey with you.”

Abdominal diastasis is a condition in which the abdominal muscles separate during and after pregnancy Cleveland Clinic.

It turns out that by “natural” Loren meant she didn’t get breast implants, opting for fat transfer instead.

Later in her Stories, the star – who gave birth to her third child in September 2022 – posted a photo as she recovered in bed with her torso, head and arms all bandaged up.

Despite being recovering, the star appeared in good spirits as she gave the camera a thumbs up and a smile.

‘Thank you EVERYONE for your kind words and good wishes for a smooth recovery!!! I couldn’t be happier with @Drdevvdo and @peaceloveplasticsurgery – absolutely AMAZING!!!!’

‘I’ve always enjoyed sharing my travels with you, so stay tuned!’ she added.

Another photo showed Loren in a blue hospital gown with compression socks and white bandages around her head as she posed with her surgical coordinator, who she called “my angel.”

Loren then posted a video of herself, with her doctor and her husband, talking about the surgeon the day after the surgery.

“Unbelievable is an understatement,” she wrote. “This man, this team… extremely impressive,” she told her followers.

“I literally put my life in his hands, and I would do it again,” she added.

Another photo showed the two together as Loren continued to sing his praises, saying he was “actually the best!!!!” is.

The star then returned to her bedside and shared another clip praising her entire surgical team. “They made this experience so much easier,” she said.

The final photo showed a facial selfie, as the impressed reality star wrote: “Just wow.”

Many of her 1.4 million followers were outraged by Loren’s use of the word ‘natural’, with one asking: ‘Ummm…What’s natural about this?!’

‘An operation is never natural!’ another added.

“Haha, whatever makes you feel better, I guess. There’s nothing ‘natural’ about it, but okay,” someone else said.

‘I think everyone should do what they want with their body, but can we please stop calling this anything natural? If nature intended that fat to be in your breasts, it would be there, adding, “Body modification is totally cool, but my tattoo isn’t natural and neither are these permanent cosmetic procedures.”

Loren has already planned her mommy makeover ahead of the arrival of her third child, saying she wanted to do “head to toe” work in an interview with We weekly.

Loren also told the publication that sharing her postpartum journey on social media has affected her self-confidence “a million percent.”

However, she also saw a positive side: ‘There is also a positive side to it, because not everyone recovers like some people, and that’s okay. I want to show people that women go through these changes (when they) grow a human inside them, so it takes time for your body to heal.”

Loren and Alexei welcomed their first child, a son named Shai, in April 2020. Their second son, named Asher, arrived in August 2021.

He was followed in September 2022 by their daughter, Ariel Raya.

The couple was first introduced to viewers during the third season of the hit TLC show 90 Day Fiancé in 2015. The show follows couples who have applied for a K-1 visa and have 90 days to marry each other.
