Loren Brovarnik is not happy with her life after her ‘mommy makeover’. She claims it has made her sex life with husband Alexei Brovarnik worse, not better.
The 36-year-old underwent plastic surgery in September 2023 — liposuction, a tummy tuck and fat grafting — following the birth of her third child in 2022.
“This surgery is the first step in getting Loren back,” Loren said on Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
The mother of three says she and Alex have always had a “really healthy” sex life, but that the bedroom atmosphere has become a lot quieter due to a combination of the surgery, negative energy and the pair’s constant bickering.
“Before marriage, before children, I was more independent. I loved that version of myself,” she admitted.

She continued, “But Alex likes that version of Loren at home, taking care of the house and the kids. So I don’t know if he wants the old Loren back.”
“We’ve always been a unit, but lately we’ve been off the same page. We really need to get back to that,” Loren confessed to a friend as she tried on dresses for a night out.
Loren, who has sons Shai, four, Asher, two, and daughter Ariel, 21 months, with Alexei, said she thought very hard about having the surgery, even though friends and family told her she didn’t need it.
“When I decided to have the surgery, I definitely thought it would help with my body dysmorphia, improve my self-confidence and change my life,” she admitted.
The mother added: ‘But those problems haven’t gone away yet. I’m not quite there yet, physically and mentally.’
She admitted that Alexei supported her decision, but later became overwhelmed by the burden of caring for not only her but also their three young children while she recovered.
Loren, who had previously said she felt her husband resented her for performing the surgery, was nearly fully recovered by Sunday’s episode and broached the idea of returning to work to Alexei.
“I’ve really lost myself in the postpartum depression and everything,” she told him. “I want to build my career for our family. I don’t want to just be a mother and a wife.”
“We’ve always been a united front and lately we’ve been off the same page and we really need to get back to that,” Loren confessed to a friend while trying on dresses for a night out.

Alexei replied: ‘You are a mother, so first of all you must take care of the children, of the house and of me, as far as I need it.’
According to Alexei, he and Loren had agreed that she would stay home if they had children.
Loren argued that she had changed her mind and wanted to be a working mother, and told her husband that it was possible to do both.
“It’s possible, and I’m going to show you,” she told him.
In April, Loren spoke about her recovery period, admitting that it was originally supposed to be six weeks, but that her recovery process took a little longer after she contracted an infection.

“I can’t just sit there and look at a pile of laundry or dishes,” she admitted at the time. “I just can’t do that, so I’ve backed off a little bit, but you’ll find out all about it later.”
While she recovered, her husband took on more of the household chores.
“I’d be lying if I said the body dysmorphia went away. It’s not something that just goes away overnight,” she mused about the surgery.
‘And now that I’ve had the surgery, I want to be the best version of myself. That’s why I’m stricter with myself.
“I want to work out and feel good and look good, but I don’t regret anything. I’m just day by day.”
