A 79-year-old woman has stolen hearts online with her moving advice on how to live.

The septuagenarian was stopped on a beach boardwalk in Florida by content creator Yair Brachiyahu, who asked her a series of questions about her background and approach to life.

She revealed that her “body” is 79, but it felt “crazy” to be that age because her “mind” is only 26.

With tanned skin and white hair, a pink and white swimsuit, purple aviator sunglasses and a palm-patterned tote bag – along with roomy beach-themed bracelets and necklaces – she clearly hadn’t lost her sense of style with the passage of time.

“What was something that you thought was really important when you were younger, but as you got older you realized it wasn’t that important?” Yair asked.

“Probably, even if it matters, money makes it easier. But it doesn’t guarantee joy.

“Good health is important,” she emphasized. “And thankfully, I’m blessed.”

When Yair asked her if she had “ever lost anyone,” she explained that she had lost her husband of 43 years together.

“We had a great life, but it ended,” she thought.

‘I was sad, but life goes on and you have to make the best of it. However, many people cannot continue.’

Yair asked how she could leave the sadness behind her, to which she responded candidly: ‘Just inner strength, not wanting to be a victim.’

“It’s not what happens to you. It’s how you deal with what happens to you.’

Viewers of the video flooded the comments with praise and admiration for the woman, with one saying: ‘I love her spirit’

“What was something you really wanted to tell him but never got the chance?” Yair then asked.

“I wish we had more time because you never know when it’s going to end,” she said. ‘You think it will take forever and then it comes as a surprise.”

As for advice to her younger self, the unnamed woman concluded, “Appreciate every day. Don’t take things for granted.’

Another joked that they felt the opposite of her in the age, body and mind comparison, joking: ‘My body is 26, mind is 79.’

‘THIS is why I love the elderly. They are so full of wisdom and humility,” chimed in a third.

“People should post more elderly people talking about life, we need this,” a fourth applauded.

Others were drawn to her voice, with one thinking: ‘The way she talks is so comfortable.’

“Her voice is so peaceful and full of wisdom,” echoed for a second.

‘What an inspiration! I want to be her friend,” someone wished.

Yet another bluntly admitted, “I want to be her.”
