Keep it simple, silly

Friendly, accessible and cozy. Those are words we traditionally associate with Fitbit's gear, and the Inspire 3 could embody that better than any other fitness band. Sure, it doesn't have GPS, but it can get location data from your phone. And if you're here for passive tracking, then that's perfect. It monitors your heart rate, sleep and stress, and the sharp and colorful screen can also relay phone notifications well enough.

Improved comfort

The bands that come with Fitbits are fine, but they don't allow for fine adjustments, and changing the tightness of the bands can feel awkward. That melts away with a woven Velcro strap, which uses a Velcro-like closure. This is great for avid exercisers, as you'll typically want to tighten your watch while running or cycling to get better heart rate readings. Fitbit's version supports the Sense and Versa series, or the Charge 6 & 5 trackers.

Weight monitoring isn't for everyone, but this smart scale transmits measurements wirelessly and automatically uploads to the same Google Fit platform that houses your tracker's stats. This is a relatively simple smart scale, one without body composition, to estimate your muscle mass.
