50 Cent will be visiting Australia for his next international tour.

The American rapper, real name Curtis James Jackson III, will play five arena shows in the capitals Down Under.

According to Now Perth on Wednesday, the rapper will bring The Final Lap to Australia to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Get Rich or Die Tryin’.

The rapper already has sold-out shows in London, New York and Dublin.

The tour news comes after 50 Cent revealed that he and Eminem are developing a new movie and TV show.

After rumors that the pair were “allegedly” working together on the series surfaced online, the father-of-two took to Instagram to confirm the news in January.

“Yeah and you thought I was PLAYING I’m so serious man!” this is getting crazy. #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi,” 50 Cent (born Curtis James Jackson III) wrote in the post’s caption.

The photo he shared showed a screenshot of an article published by Billboard reporting the news.

Earlier in the day, the star spoke about developing the show in an interview with Big Boy TV.

He said one of the main reasons he wanted to make the show was to make sure young children became familiar with Eminem’s roots and his impact.

50 Cent Tour Dates Down Under

– Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena, Dec. 6

— Sydney, Qudos Bank Arena, Dec. 8

– Brisbane, entertainment center, December 10

Tickets go on sale on Thursday, June 8 at 2 p.m. via the artist’s website.

“I want, I’m going to bring 8 Mile to television,” he said. ‘It’s going to be big. I’m working. I have no duds. I hit 100. I think it should be there for his legacy, because it’s important to me that they understand.”

He also appeared in two seasons of For Life, a crime drama that aired on ABC starting in 2020.

8 Mile was a semi-autobiographical story about Eminem’s own fame. He starred in the film as Jimmy Smith Jr, a car factory worker struggling to gain respect in the underground rap circuit.

The film won a number of awards, most notably Best Original Song for Lose Yourself at the 2003 Oscars.
