Kristin Juszczyk is no stranger to designing stylish sportswear for celebrities. This week, Kobe Bryant’s daughter Natalia became her latest client.
Juszczyk, the fashion designer wife of San Francisco 49ers star Kyle, has previously created outfits for the likes of Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes, Caitlin Clark, Taylor Lautner and her NFL star husband.
So, to celebrate the final Mamba Day, a special day held every year on August 24 in honor of the late Kobe, she decided to surprise the late NBA legend’s daughter with her own unique item.
In a video she shared to her social media, Kristin takes a black-and-yellow Lakers jersey with Bryant’s name on the back and transforms it into a pair of dress pants for his eldest daughter Natalia, 21.
You see her first take her measurements, then cut the sweater into pieces and work her magic on the sewing machine.

Finally, her masterpieces are complete and she proudly shows off two Kobe-inspired pants and what appear to be two pairs of shorts.
The camera then zooms in on Natalia, who is smiling the entire time as she puts on the pants dedicated to her late father.
At the end of the clip, she can be seen thanking Kristin for her well-timed gift on Mamba Day.
Kobe’s widow, Vanessa, also showed her appreciation for the pants by sharing a photo of them on her Instagram Story.
The former Lakers star player tragically died along with his daughter Gianna and seven others when their helicopter crashed in Calabasas, California in January 2020.
They had flown from John Wayne Airport, near his Newport Beach home, and were en route to Bryant’s Mamba Basketball Academy in Thousand Oaks when they crashed into a hill.

Every year on August 24th – the day after his birthday and the famous jersey number he wore for the Lakers – Kobe is remembered in America and around the world on Mamba Day.
Earlier this month, the Lakers unveiled a new statue of Kobe and Gianna, four years after they tragically died in a helicopter crash.
Vanessa unveiled the bronze statue, titled “Girl Dad,” during a private ceremony outside the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Created by Rotblatt Amrany Studio, the artwork is located in a new garden landscape at the 11th Street entrance and features Kobe putting his arm around Gigi and planting a kiss on her head.
