“I like to use Medik8’s Calm Wise Calming Cleanser as it’s gentle on my skin but leaves me feeling fresh,” she said.

The busy mom also exercises regularly, to keep her body fit and healthy, but also because she believes that sweating out toxins is good for her skin.

“I try to work up a sweat by dancing a couple times a week as part of my Strictly You line dance platform,” she said.
