Bobby Arora, the billionaire co-owner of the B&M discount housewares chain, is getting millions in bonuses for staying.
He will be paid up to £16 million on top of his regular package for his role as group trade director – to ensure he stays until ‘at least’ March 2026.

“Bobby has been instrumental in developing the B&M customer proposition and delivering long-term growth and profitability,” the company said.
Bobby and his brother Simon, the former CEO who was replaced last year by Alex Russo, took over B&M in 2004 when it was an ailing chain of 21 stores and turned it into a powerhouse of around 1,000 stores in the UK and France.
