“Four months of hard work has paid off!!!” she added in the caption.
Giselle’s video has been viewed more than 717,000 times and has received hundreds of supportive comments since the video was posted on Aug. 17.
‘I need this motivation! It’s been so hard and I hate my mother body. You look great!!!’ one person responded.
“Please show me your exercise routine and diet plan,” another pleaded.
“Wait, omg, can you please share your exercise routine?” LITERALLY in the same boat & this just inspired me,’ someone else agreed.
Giselle explained her weight-loss routine in her follow-up videos, saying she’s now the healthiest she’s ever been in her life.
She explained that the most helpful thing she did to lose weight was eat in a calorie deficit. She started with a limit of 1,200 calories a day, but she’s “mellowed out” now and will sometimes go as high as 1,300 calories.
The mother eats ‘a lot of vegetables’, including one salad or green smoothie every day. To achieve her goals, she gave up fast food, coffee and alcohol.

Giselle does the popular 12-3-30 treadmill workout — walking on a level 12 incline at 5 miles per hour for 30 minutes — every day along with her five-minute arm exercises and Pilates
Now that she’s lost weight, she treats herself to 12 grilled nuggets with a little bit of Chick-fil-A macaroni and cheese every two or three weeks. She also drinks coffee once a week as a treat after her Saturday pilates class.
Giselle said she went from fasting most of the day to eating four or five times. She has breakfast before 10am and stops eating at 8pm
She also gets hot lemon water at night three or four times a week.
Her workouts are a mix of cardio, toning exercises and Pilates. She does the popular 12-3-30 treadmill workout — 30 minutes of walking on a level 12 incline at 5 miles per hour — along with her five-minute arm workouts.
Monday through Friday, she likes to do Pilates mat workouts at her home, and on Saturdays she attends a reformer class.

“The waist trainers really helped tighten my waist AND they are so tight it would curb my appetite so I would eat less while wearing it all day!” she explained in the caption.
Giselle added that she also received cavitation lymphatic massages and red light therapy to tighten the skin on her abdomen and reduce the appearance of her stretch marks.
