’13 Reasons Why’ trans star Tommy Dorfman is threatened to be kicked out of LaGuardia by Delta employee as she rants about being ‘misgendered’

Trans actress Tommy Dorfman filmed the moment a Delta employee threatened to kick her out of LaGuardia airport after she complained that he mistreated her.

The filmmaker, who is friends with transgender Dylan Mulvaney, was waiting for a flight to Atlanta when the incident occurred.

The 13 reasons why Star claimed she was “intentionally” misdirected by two Delta employees prior to last week's flight.

Video shows the 31-year-old standing in front of a male Delta employee, who initially calls her a woman before correcting himself and calling her “he.”

At one point, the unnamed employee tells the TV star that he can remove her from the airport.

“If you want to continue, I have full authority to escort you out of the building if you want to play that game with me,” he says.

The video was posted to TikTok and later deleted. Dorfman initially captured the video: “I didn't realize it was condescending to point out a human rights violation after another employee persistently misnamed me.”

Delta said it was “aware” of the video and was investigating the incident. DailyMail.com has contacted Dorfman for comment.

In the video, Dorfman berates the employee for calling her a “he.”

“You just did me wrong again,” Dorfman says in the video. “Several times, both of you.”

The Delta employee remains unfazed and replies, “It was the intention, but if you want to take it personally. That's no problem.'

Dorfman then claims that his female colleague “did it twice on purpose,” which is contradicted by an off-camera woman.

“You said he and then you said she,” Dorfman adds, addressing the man again.

The employee then tells the actress that she is being “condescending.”

“If you want to continue, I have full authority to escort you out of the building if you want to play that game with me,” he says.

'Would you like to continue three days before Christmas? I really don't mind.'

Dorfman then sighs and puts the camera down.
