The 37-year-old 1000-Lb. Sisters star – who underwent bariatric surgery in late 2022 – gave fans a glimpse into her transformation with a slew of photos on Instagram.

The photo carousel includes snapshots of Tammy modeling a strapless dress, relaxing in pajamas and lounging in a sweatshirt with her cat, highlighting her remarkable weight loss journey.

She received praise from her followers, including her surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith, who responded to a post from Tammy and her cat Chocolate, “You’re killing it!”

The post comes after Tammy revealed in December that she weighed 285 pounds, down from her starting point of 717.

She spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where she lost more than 400 pounds through treatment and bariatric surgery.

She also met her late husband Caleb Willingham at the rehabilitation center.

Caleb, nicknamed ‘Double K’, starred in the weight-loss show with his wife as they battled chronic obesity.

They got married and about thirty friends and family members were invited to the small ceremony, officiated by their home care nurse and friend Billy.

Just months after his wedding, Caleb died at the age of 40 from unknown causes.

Tammy talked about the moment she found out Caleb had passed away over the summer.

During an interview with PeopleTammy revealed that a friend of Caleb’s told her via text that her husband was not doing well – before telling her 20 minutes later that he had died.

At the time, Tammy was at her home in Kentucky and Caleb was at the rehabilitation center in Ohio where she had previously been with him.

“I was in the fetal position,” she told the publication.

“I got a text from his friend there and the text said, ‘Caleb isn’t doing well. They’re working on him there.’ Twenty minutes later he texted me back and said he was gone.”

The TLC star also said she’s doing “pretty well” coping with the tragedy, and even made a ring and necklace in the shape of a musical note with her late husband’s ashes.

She has become attached to the jewelry and finds comfort in knowing that a piece of him remains with her.

“He will now live forever because his memory is encapsulated,” Tammy said.

“Knowing he’s with me helps me get through the day. I find myself grabbing my chain and holding it a lot. When I take off my jewelry I feel like it’s weird, separation anxiety. I’m starting to panic.’

Watching Caleb on their show has also brought her some joy: “Every time I miss him, I can always go back to the show and watch and see what made me happy again.”

As for moving forward, Tammy said she wasn’t desperate to meet someone new yet: “I’m not in any rush to settle down or meet anyone at the moment.”

In the new season of 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammy also admitted that she and Caleb “felt like roommates” before he passed away.
