Tammy Slaton showed off her dramatic weight loss after undergoing bariatric surgery last year.
The 1,000-pound Sisters star — who was seen unassisted two weeks ago — took to Instagram on Saturday to share selfies without her oxygen tube.
The 36-year-old has lost nearly 300 pounds after carbon monoxide poisoning led her to turn her life around after spending three weeks on life support.
The reality TV star wore a denim jacket and her usual glasses in a series of snaps captioned “6 beautiful shots of myself with no filters.”
Fans rushed to the comments section to praise Tammy for her progress, with one writing, “Your skin looks so good! What do you use on it? Looks so healthy, Tammy.’

Slaton’s new selfies come after she was spotted two weeks ago in Indiana walking out of a gas station without the aid of her usual stroller.
Being able to walk independently is a major achievement for a woman who once weighed 717 pounds and whose family believed she would be dead within five years.
She reportedly hit rock bottom in late 2021 when she was rushed to hospital after being unable to breathe and having a tube inserted down her throat.
The scary incident inspired her to finally change her lifestyle and she enrolled herself in a food addiction program.
She also stopped smoking and drinking completely.
On the final season of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy reached her weight loss goal — from 717 pounds to 534 pounds — and successfully qualified for bariatric surgery.
She said, “I feel excited, proud, excited — just all the emotions.” I proved everyone wrong.
“Anyone who doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!’
