Amy Slaton was wheeled out of a Tennessee safari park on a stretcher on Labor Day and, to her surprise, arrested on drug charges and child abuse.

The 1000-lb Sisters star, 36, who was seen frowning in an arrest photo, received medical treatment at the Alamo Safari Park after she was reportedly bitten by a camel.

The TV personality looked pained as she lay on a stretcher with her right forearm wrapped in a shirt. The nature of the injury is currently unknown.

Police were called to the park about the camel bite, but upon arrival they smelled “suspicious odors” coming from their vehicle, officers said.

A spokesperson for the Crockett County Sheriff’s Department said People Responding officers discovered “what they thought were mushrooms” and “what they thought was marijuana” in Slaton’s vehicle after smelling the odor of marijuana in the car and seeing the drugs “in plain view.”

Slaton and friend Brian Scott Lovvorn were arrested and charged with illegal possession of Schedule I items, illegal possession of Schedule VI items, and two counts of child abuse.

They are being held in the Crockett County Jail on $10,000 bail. It is not known whether Slaton or Lovvorn have entered a plea or retained an attorney.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Slaton for comment.

Slaton finalized her divorce from ex-husband Michael Halterman last year.

The couple have two children and are said to have had a falling out over their appearance on the TLC reality show.

The couple welcomed their first child, Gage Deon, in November 2020 and their second son, Glenn Allen, in July 2022.

After a lengthy custody battle, the former couple decided to share parenting duties.

Amy rose to fame when she starred opposite her sister Tammy Slaton on the series 1000-Lb. Sisters. The show’s fifth season premiered late last year.

The star has lost a whopping 176 pounds since undergoing gastric bypass surgery five years ago.

Slaton introduced fans to a new man before her divorce was final and she dated a Michigan man named Tony, the US Sun defeated.

By the time the divorce was final, the couple had been together for about three months.
