The Cabinet on Monday approved the fourth outsourced semiconductor assembly and testing (OSAT) facility in the country, with Kaynes SemiCon getting the green light for its chip assembly and packaging unit. The project involves an investment of Rs 3,307 crore in Sanand, Gujarat. The Chief Executive Officer RAGHU PANICwho will oversee the project, speaks with Surajeet Das Gupta about their action plan.
